Third rug

The start of this one was so interesting, with the dark prints with white dots, that I have scoured the second-hand shops for similar fabric. Sallyann had 69 cent dresses (long polyester things) and WIN had some on sale for a dollar. Since I can't imagine anyone wearing these, I happily cut them up. This rug is not as heavy as the previous two - using smaller wefts. I don't seem to be using as much force to cram them together either. I think I overdid it before.
Got the Bobbie Irwin twining book from the library, and want to start some patterning. Fran gave me a strange frame on "legs", the use of which we couldn't figure out. It's too small for a rug as is, but with reverse warping, it will be perfect for doormat sized rugs. Wheeoo. And there's lots of knit stuff to warp it with. Diamonds and triangles, here I come.
